INCIDENT REPORT:  William 'Clubber' Wilson was hit on the forehead by a fastball with an estimated speed of 94 mph.  He was rendered unconscious for over two weeks.  When he was brought back to consciousness, he remembered nothing of his past.  He was released from Cincinnati General Hospital during the first week of October.
